Daly Properties are a real estate investment and development company that specializes in high-quality assets in areas with promising long-term growth prospects.

Daly Properties are one of the most active real estate investors in the UK, and our portfolio of real estate assets is expanding. We think that by being actively involved, we can safeguard and increase the value of our investments over time.

About Me

Nathan Daly - General Manager

Having previously paid for Crystal Palace Football Club and moving into property investment in 2012, my knowledge of the property market and drive for excellence is second to none.

Now a full-time property investor and part-time semi-professional footballer. Managing a multimillion-pound property business and creating wealth for myself, and helping others to do the same take up the majority of my time.

As an individual, I took my knowledge and invested in 3 houses in the North East of England.

In late 2019 I decided to refurb all three properties and sell them! Using this capital to reinvest into the London market using the BRR.

Refurbs completed, all three properties sold for a healthy profit. Alongside investor’s funds, profits were reinvested into my first London HMO. Daly Property Holdings LTD is formed!

These years saw the portfolio of HMOs, managed properties, and rent-to-rent grow at a steady pace due to working with trusted investors and adopting innovative strategies.

Our Journey

2015 - The Beginning

As an individual I took the knowledge I had and invested in 3 houses in the North East of England.

2019 - Reinvestment

In late 2019 I decided to refurb all 3 properties and sell! to reinvest the profits into the London market using a strategy called BRR to HMO.

2020 – London Investment/ Incorporation

Refurbs completed, all 3 properties sold for a healthy profit. Alongside investors funds, profits were reinvested into my first London HMO. Daly Property Holdings LTD is formed!

2021/22 – Growth

These years saw the portfolio of HMOs, managed properties and rent to rent grow at a steady pace due to working with trusted investors and adopting innovative strategies.

2023 - Onwards

As we build our pipe line of investments and pool of investors the future for Daly Properties is looking brighter than ever!
